Use the same guidelines of the regular version.
The only difference is that you’ll crave nuts more than fruit. Fruit is cooling, and nuts and seeds are warming to the body. Greens are neutral.
Greens are first because the body cannot properly digest a high amount of fat at once. As mentioned in the warm weather version of TDD, a good rule is a handful or two of nuts and seeds max within a 3-4 hour period.
Greens also kill off pathogens fed by the nuts, seeds, and fruit, and allow the nuts to be digested easier if they are bought shelled.
Fruits and miscellaneous plant foods are last because it doesn’t matter how much you eat them, relative to each other, and relative to the two other food groups.
Nuts and seeds feed pathogens, but they warm the body. Fruits—not all fruits but most—feed pathogens, but give the body the natural, healthy sugars needed to operate.
